The Makhinjauri Maritime School has joined one of Europe’s leading networks in vocational education—the European Vocational Training Association (EVTA), which brings together providers of vocational education and training (VET) across the continent.
EVTA was founded in 1998 in Belgium as an international non-profit association (AISBL) and emerged from the collaboration among vocational training organizations operating in various European countries within the framework of the Euroqualification project.
Over the past decade, EVTA has become one of the most influential platforms in the fields of vocational education and human capital development. The association is involved in numerous international initiatives, supports its member organizations, and ensures that their needs and expectations are represented at the European level.
The Makhinjauri Maritime School’s accession to EVTA represents a significant step toward enhancing international cooperation and improving the quality of vocational education. Membership will enable the school to participate in European initiatives, share best practices, and advance modern teaching standards
